Also, how do you come up with 70c as fair value ?? I read that HTW has a recommendation of $1.50 which would value them at $400 million (market cap).
Considering VCR is at a more advanced stage and earning revenue by way of reimbursement, I would suggest that they are heavily UNDERVALUED at these prices.
