I must say without piddling in any pockets, the pedigree of the PLS forum here on HC has really impressed me. A few pie-in-the-sky types but mostly hard nosed & well researched investors here, just the knowledge of which contractors are doing the ground work is the sort of thing rarely known by holders.

I've gained a quick education here and if course dug into the numbers myself to see if things add up.

Somebody asked what I see as the key milestones & risks: Every milestone matters now and any slip in timeframes creates negativity. In terms of risk it is always the thing you didn't anticipate; natural disaster, massive law suit, dinosaur bones in the pit... luck plays a significant role here too.
