    I think this is in the interest of shareholder value but not perhaps what the directors would want . . they want to sustain internal cashflow and revenues and build up a bank of cash , giving that away to bring up the SP isnt in their personal best interest.

    . . and they can now say to the debt holders (many of them begrudginly accepted shares instead of payments last year) "look, you got your debt back and then some, so we are nearly square, go sell them and tap the retail market"

    Basically, they gave away shares which can now be tapped against the bank of mum and dad retail investors, rather than the company paying off it's debts. given that worked well for them twice in a row (dodging debt by listing more shares) they are more likely to ask for the same and hope the mum and dad investors keep covering the market.

    I want it to be otherwise (like everyone here Im heavily on AGO) but history says shareholders come last
