I was watching the same action this morning. Same happened yesterday afternoon.
1. If they don't put a sell at 3.9c immediately, it will show that they're buying strong.
2. Putting a sell order at 3.9c immediately to give us impression that there are more supply at that price. So, we either don't buy or sell to hope buying at lower price.
Looks like they haven't had their fill yet. Not hurry to push the price up.
