Computershare are the worst of the share registries...very user unfriendly...have had their system change my username, password, and security questions from time to time...real handy!!and yes..very hard to talk to a human....Penny is useless....and they want every enquiry to be about one stock...what if u have 70 odd with them?!..and the problem is with their system!
