If $15million AUD is as good as ADO board can do may as well default and let DiaSource re-sell their business - Bottom line is it has to be worth more than than when we bought it.
Vendors can take possession of the company again - re-sell, give ADO back what they paid and walk off into the sunset with a new owner.
Then the ADO board can be sacked for doing such a crap job.
This is all a bit tongue in cheek as I stress in no way do I think this will transpire.
