The Purchase price for DIAsource was €15.4m and the earn €4.3m (€19.7m) which is approximately AU$29.3m.
DIAsource’s 2016 EBITDA was €3.5m (AU$5.2m) up from €2.5m in 2015.
I am not sure how the first 6 months of 2017 have gone, but hopefully EBITDA is increasing. If we can get 5 times 2017 EBITDA, then we should get close to the purchase price plus the earn out. Therefore ADO could end up with approximately AU$14m.
