Just re-read my last post and it may seem a little ambiguous.
What I meant was that we float DIA with for an expected A$50 market cap. We (ADO) retain 50% of the shares (A$25m) and we pocket the other half of funds raised in the IPO (less costs). Obviously a windfall of this nature and capital injection back to ADO would have a corresponding impact on share price. Perhaps even restoring it back to the last cap raising of 7.5c. In addition, it would provide a future source of funds to draw on by offering further public offerings in our remaining DIA listed 50% holding.
