So at the moment the PE is 4.42 and the div 14.2 - never seen that combination before unless the company was going out the backdoor fast and about to cancel dividends.
There's your answer. The market expects IO prices to collapse and profits to shrink dramatically. in 2015-16 the IO price was around $50, the FMG share price was <$2 and dividends were few cents. FMG was lucky just to survive.
