    So if

    BGA = 1.4b annual revenue = $6.5
    and
    KTD = 50m annual revenue = 0.18

    Wouldn't fair value, according to BGA, translate to:

    0.30 cents = annual revenue 63mil?

    KTD then appears severely undervalued, esp given the financial trajectory
