    700m current price
    capex 300m
    Cost 700-300=400m
    SPQ share from JV 50% 400/2=200m
    current MC 20m + 200m =220m
    SP at MC of 20m 1c
    SP at MC of 220m = +10c

    Totally understand that there are so many variables
    The valuation gap is huge here
