    My bet is it's the same buyer that's been accumulating at 11c for the past month....he/she/they will be appearing in the top 20 soon I expect.  A couple of million shares at 11c on a stock with a valuation of 14c with an expected SP 24 c......well you do the math.  Ohh to have that kind of money.
