Where did you get the '1 in 10,000 chance of FDA approval' stat? From a source that I've read (DiMasi 'Risks in New Drug Development: Approval Success Rates for Investigational drugs' - just google it and you will see it) it seems that when a company begins phase II trials, they have about a 30% chance of gaining FDA approval; and this increases to 80% at the beginning of phase III trials. PRR is into phase II are they not?
