As Dream mentions, your valuation seems fair. Of course, it is based on a far more derisked situation than the one we are in now (which already is severely derisked). However, as I am very confident in both the financing and the other steps that will need to be taken, I believe the picture you're painting is a realistic one for the future. I've put my money where my mouth is - let's see whether IBG/EXIM does the same!
