    what is the fair value of $PNN?

    I cacultaed fair value of $PNN

    The $LKE have 5Mt 200ppm lithium and the market cap is $881.9M currently

    The $PNN will have 2Mt in Laguna verde 350 ppm so i think the fair marketcap is $350M

    SOI will be 125m shares (currently 72m + 25m first tranche +25m second tranche)

    so $350M / 125 m shares = $2.8 / share

    so the fair value of $PNN sholud be A$2.8
