the valuation is inherantly uncertain. and the fact is, they have to put a number in the accounts. the lower the better as it reduces risk for the directors and auditors if things go belly up. expecially with new auitors on the scene.
however i dont think the accounting value does any justice to real the liquidation value of pxupa.
