Based on 300k oz pa production with a $1000 per oz margin and a PE ratio of 10, I reckon they could be worth north of $6 per share. If I recall correctly, Equigold had a PE of ~10 when it was taken over (I think). If a perfect storm developed (>$2000 per ounce gold price, further reserve/resource increases, further exploration success), I reckon they could be worth closer to $10 per share.
