I have just emailed you my holdings.
My view is the same as that of @mcnamm, not less than $7. If they don't make an appropriate offer I would hope that SH's take a stand for their combined interests and allow the results of one or two of the 3 Phase 2 trials to push our valuation higher before jumping ship. For now, I won't part with my shares until forced to.
I trust that you are someone who would seek to extract the highest value for smaller shareholders, so I am happy for you to include my holdings should you choose to speak on our combined behalf to the board.
