All moot points. Directors have been incentivised with so many cheap shares that they’ll recommend a sell for $2.50-$3 and be thrilled. Why else all the rumbling about shareholders expecting too much? Question now is whether they have done the work to find a second bidder. Fuji? US? Europe? china?? So far .. nup.
