By the sounds of it these "priority negotiation rights regarding introduction of Cynata's pipeline" may have been nothing more than a loose "agreement" (if you want to call it that). Either way, it seems that FujiFilm (either on purpose or just as another case of "lost in translation") have "overshot the mark" in this case.
It also doesn't seem to bother the likes of Sumitomo Dainippon to engage Cynata and start a due diligence process.
Now please close your browser, clear your browsing data, remove your hard drive and destroy it by using a hammer
