ASIC are a lousy organisation that rarely do anything of much substance. Just look at where SH's of BIG are at now. It's disgusting. Another pointless govt. organisation doing next to nothing for the tax payer.

SP action is disappointing. This is Ross's last chance for me. Sumi has a better chance picking us off cheaper once Fuji decides not to exercise or if Ross gets down on his hands and knees and "grants" another extension... I am more than happy to be corrected but as the days go by my skepticism grows as fast and the share price is falling.
