fair value?

Just a quick question id like to put out there:

with the roller coster ride n general fear in current markets, does everyone think we are fair value considering cash at bank, land value and current producing wells or are we a little supressed because of market conditions?
just trying to understand the 50% drop since april this year. If anything I think we are in better position now as a company than in april... I mean was it a pump? Or just general market conditions?
