I found your 2.9c forecast for ARI here
http://markets.theaustralian.com.au/Equities/Company/Summary.aspx?SecId=ARI
..but that was for FY14 when actual EPS ended up as 21.8c (ie 7.5 x the consensus broker forecast).
They forecast 3.7c for FY15 so, using the same formual EPS should end up at 27.5c - that's pretty good for a share trading at 38c
I guess this proves broker forecasts are a pretty useless way of valuing companies.
