i'm in now.......what I like is that gearing ( to book value of assets viz $8b ) will be around 18% post the raising…….and each cent drop in the AUD to USD…..add’s $20m to profit…..plus lets see if they get taken over……smorgan is on their board……do you all remember smorgan steel? Wonder if he will buy back the company…….if the price is right? Pure speculation from my side btw regarding smorgan but surely if the price is right.......someone would have a stab at them......the moly corp business for example is very profitable and has great prospects / could easily be hived off and sold off ? and what if Iron ore rockets again like it did in Q4 last year?
btw did the management team pay too much for Molycorp? hell yeah ! but new holders can buy in without bearing the pain of that acquisition...
