Too right, Hoy. I think many of us are hoping that news of efficacy will be the "inflection point" that management keeps talking about. Part of me hopes that the IPO is a silent deal that is waiting for efficacy. But who really knows. And you are poignantly correct regarding about needing a deal. Otherwise what? Will we indeed drag out a clinical trial on our own until 2021, diluting shares as we raise capital to attempt to push it all the way through? And then what about the other programs? We need a deal, and hopefully that is what is in the works with the IPO and efficacy, but until then, the IPO is worth it's weight in gold....literally. Until we get more information, the announcement really was a non-event.
