Hi Schleffy,
My valuation is based on Ramsay continuing to grow earnings by around 15% for the next 5-10 years, which I believe they will be able to achieve given they have exceeded 20% compounding annual growth over the last 10.
It is an excellently run company in an excellent industry. As such i would estimate fair value to be around $68. I have been holding off buying until the price falls to accommodate a moderate margin of safety. Today's price is looking to be very close to those levels, short term weakness is a great opportunity to enter for the long term.
