Just wondering what fair value would be put on 9SP?

The 9SP tech looks great and scaleable, etc. Though it does require effort on the customer's part to link in with their accounting packages, so not totally seamless from an adpotion point of view..

MYOB just bought Greentree for NZD 28.5m the other day
Greentree is a full service ERP platform with a multitude of advanced modules, including a decent dashboard (though I admit it does not link up with other apps..) it has also been running stably for 25 years..

So what market cap sounds reasonable for 9SP? Why a value higher than Greentree?
