Ive read a lot of posts where people are hoping for the share...

Ive read a lot of posts where people are hoping for the share price to head to 20 or 50cents and beyond.
I can see this share was also worth $2 odd. But while Uranium was at $130 odd per pound.
Obviously the resource has been added to since this time (10 years worth) and things are looking better each day for the establishment of a mine.
But where really is fair value right now and where could it stand given the green light was given for the resource to be mined.
Does anyone have a firmer understanding on where this all could potentially lead?
