I think with with first full year production Pre Tax of about A$50m X multiple of 6 to 8 should value RVR at A$ 300-400 million so that would equate to around A$0.60 to A$0.80 per share
I think by Christmas we should be A$0.35-.0.40
Could be higher - we know zinc will be over A$1.60 per lb probably by end of October - Glencore say they need a sustained price of over A$1.60 before they resort production.
As others have said the missing link now is increase in reserves and LOM
I think they need some more announcements - which hopefully will come
- First Production
- First Shipment
- First Payment for off takes received.
Hopefully Hartley's et al will be redoing their financial analysis on RVR again based on updated production estimates and metals prices - that would help
Management have done a great job - but there are so much noise out they need to blow their trumpet to be heard
The price is getting there - I believe the movement upwards in share price between A$ 0.25 and 0.35 will be quite rapid when it comes
