BwP had quite a high SP not long ago. I wondered at the time if they were't planning to branch out and diversify, because rent is rent and the increase is not 15/20/40% in a year. So why did the price rise.? I wondered.
Now I believe that the fair value of BWP is in line with rents and divvies.
What I am concerned about is AMAZON and how it will take sales away from Bunnings. It seems there was an article recently that suggested that Amazon was the reason for BWP share price falling. It will be interesting to view the next 6 months. Other thoughts on the falling share price are welcomed.
