My mistake, I assumed the price dropped straight after the IPO but it looks like it rallied hard to around $2.75 before crashing:
So basically I think the market will want to test the ATH @ $2.75.

ps. note the huge volume in the past few months. This means it's definitely getting pumped by speculative buyers (like me) but who cares as long as it is sustained. Maybe some instos will take a stake at the next CR if mgmt are able to drum up enough interest. Which will be really bullish and may trigger a re-rating.
