And the fact there is insto action changes what exactly? Institutional investors are still sheep. They are just the adult sheep, or market makers, that lead lil sheep like you along for the ride. The fact you rely on whether they are investing to determine whether or not a stock is speculative says it all really. I'd suggest opening a textbook and looking at history.
