I think there is some definite truth to this.
There also seems to be some underlying belief that first revenue is going to come early, so as we get closer to the new year without that announcement I'm expecting to see a drop. How far it runs before that pull back is completely beyond me, I wasn't expecting 1.50 let alone 2.10.
All hardly matters if you're time frames are well into 2021 by which several agreements are hopefully announced.
