Mostly refers to my stock holding. The reason is the reason. There won't be any growth until near the end of the decade if at all. Now we hear on the teleconference Mitsui might not participate in the OP3D and COE has to go it alone costing more money which COE doesn't have.
With the SP remaining dormant for years, the opportunity cost is the killer.
