The quickest way is to get the Otway fields producing. Athena is barely running above idle at 18% capacity. With the high gas prices atm, would be difficult to secure a rig. Knowing they'd probably have to buy Orbost back, they delayed booking one and have paid the price. Also covid would have created a backlog.
