I’m in a similar position to you - put a bit under $5k in when CSL was floated off, and now I’m sitting on about $2m.
After paying CGT I wouldn’t have enough for a beach house, but I’m thinking a little place in the country - maybe Kangaroo Valley - would be worth considering.
