It will get through in the not too distant future. Not sure that time is now though. That chart clearly shows the strength of the resistance. The volume seems to be lacking. A nice announcement needed. But the more 'bounces' off it, the stronger the move is likely to be when it breaks through. Can't rule out another pullback from here. (Happy to be wrong!) (Happy also to add if it does!!!)
