Didn't MACA have a loss making civil works arm of the business thus probably affecting the overall valuation when Thiess acquired them?
I know a little bit of the history of MACA having been a shareholder for a small period of time but sold out before the acquisition from Thiess but at least at a profit.
In fact looking at what I sold for, I did better then waiting for an acquisition.
The price I got for my shares on the 03/02/2021 was $1.345 and looking at the acquisition price, they only offered circa $1.075 per share
