Regent Pacific sold 153k units at $2.10, the remainder of their position. For those that don't know, Regent was a cornerstone investor in the SS acquisition in 2011 and at one point had 33% of VXR. At that time they were big resource investors, now pivoted Health/ Biotech. After the Bill deal they were selling at $4, then in the low $3's and now they are out.
