Share price is the best proxy for shareholder return but whether it's good value or not is about the market cap not the share price. Yes the share price is low, but that's irrelevant. We're still valued at a fraction of the NPV of similar size and grade projects. Companies with potentially low grade but v. high tonnage base metal discoveries that are yet to be proven economic discoveries are often valued at around $250/3000M MC. If we find the higher grade supergene in this drilling program then fair value could be $500M if we find significant zones of higher grade hypogene then all bets are off really. Obviously this is all hypothetical and proper studies would have to be undertaken. I don't know how much extra value being this close to the coast and infrastructure adds - is 0.25% Cu economic here whereas you would need 0.4% Cu further inland?
