Does anyone expect Yilgarn to just pack up and go away? Unlikely. Maybe Yilgarn and their chinese backers will bid for mis. Maybe a competitive bid between Yilgarn and MMX/MITSU.
Another possibility is a yilgarn/mis structure similar to mmx/mitsu. Who knows?
BUT - Sinosteel seems to be a problem because effectively through the jv they already have 50% of mis.
Anyhow we can speculate for a long time about what might happen. For me, a spec play in MIS is too dangerous because there are too many unknowns to work out.
