Under paying an employee is theft, black and white , they should have prosecuted the directors with stealing and recorded a criminal conviction. That way next time they employed someone they would pay the correct wage , the alternative is to do all the work thmeselves and not employ anyone , I am sure they will enjoy sweeping the floors themselves , good look for potenial clients.
Its good to see Australians no longer need to be union members as we now have laws in place to protect people from low lifes such as these.
