    Hi Head2641,

    I know plenty of plumbers on piss poor wages that work their guts out for thieves of bosses.


    All I can say is that they are "gutless" (pun intended)

    But really, remember this slogan, "He who dares, Wins "

    If they are good ,hard working plumbers, then they should go self employed first, then if successful, employ other plumbers like their current boss and get the rewards. But it takes guts,knowledge and a desire to better ones self.

    Repeating myself.

    "Your net worth will never exceeded your level of self development"

    Stop blaming bosses for ones inadequacies.

    BTW, never been a boss but have been self employed most of my life.Never wanted to get tied down with responsibilities of having employees.
