A. Ignored the status of the other 1200 people without explaining why you did so.
B. Asserted that your categorisation of these media personalities is correct without indicating how you determined such.
C. Dismissed the defence used by Dyson Heydon to reject calls for him to step aside from the TURC on the basis that 'professionals' can separate their personal prejudices from decisions / judgements they make.
D. Failed to compare the group you've assembled to other media organisations in Australia and elsewhere - where is your benchmark?
