Time is up on Tuesday for an AGM and they haven't sent out notice for it anyway despite Sholom Feldman stating 'November AGM' so they don't have an option but to request a time extension.
I take it that you're correct in that they would be suspended if they don't hold the AGM (I assume you mean without requesting an extension ?) when required under their obligations, in which case it would look like an orchestrated move to enforce a suspension without them actually asking to be suspended, if you know what I mean.
