Sorry to say that but it doesn't make sense to me, first of all, 3 months from mid Sep08 should be mid Dec08, not mid Mar09.
Qute your sentense --- "The rule is that in any 6 month period from now on, his stake cant be more than 3% higher than it was 6 months earlier." <--- so it means, 6 months later(5 Sep 09), he can only hold maximum of 25.37% coz he has 22.37% right now.
Please correct me if I understood it wrongly, I'm just trying to figure out the truth so it might benefit other people concerning the same matter.
