Also can I once again ask people to stop thinking 10% vote against this deal will work - it won't. This is a scheme of arrangement, not a normal takeover where the 90% level leads to a compulsory acquisition. They need 75% of all votes (shares) cast and also 50% of all voters (shareholders). If they get 76% of shares voted and 51% of voters then the deal is done.

If this offer is to be voted down, you need to get all the small holders voting against it as its a pure numbers game.... total number of shares will be irrelevant.

Totally agree with you regarding the voting been saying it to members for awhile that its not only the voting of shares but also a head count so we need to get all the mum and dad shareholders to sign up as soon as we can no matter how many shares they have email to [email protected]
