I agree with you about voting in support of the IPO. It's just the free shares for the boys that I don't like.

I presume that the allocation of free shares will also require shareholders approval and, without any justification from the company I can't see that part of it being approved.

Just a couple of points. When they announced the iron ore find back in 2007 FDL shares went from 1 cent to a close of 8.9 cents that day, not 7 cents and, as I read it, FMS retains 49% of FEX not 25%.
