Just one other thing if you invest in junior explorers name one that is generating revenue or making a profit? Their sole existence relies on IPO's,SPP's,CR through SI's etc etc in the hope of finding something big which with sufficient backing will then convert them to a producer who will then be cash flow positive.FAS are currently in this transition period and hopefully will be producing and making millions if it plays out.To survive in the mean time raising working capital via share placements is a necessary evil,us as SH don't like it but what choice does a company have. Lets not forget FAS are still an explorer and not a producer and that is why the SP is 6c not a dollar.
