I spoke to the Auditors after the debacle that was the AGM - they told me that the next audit will not be done until after the 31st of December and that no change to the audit would occur without that full audit being done. Remember it is not the auditors job to verify the validity of an agreement but to factually report on what has transpired and only then give a view of the company as a going concern. So nothing will change from that point of view for sometime so FAS will have to convince the ASX to allow them to re-list some other way
